Office Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our Founder and Head of Growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys executive-level administration, project coordination, and problem-solving.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office, coordinating projects, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and daily requests for our Founder and Head of Growth.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders in executing media opportunities.
  • Verify and communicate information for media distribution.
  • Compile and submit business awards nominations.
  • Prepare reports highlighting PR efforts.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Research and serve as the point person for service providers for various projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Order office supplies and greet clients; direct visitors to meeting rooms and provide refreshments.
  • Answer the main reception line and direct calls.
  • Ensure the office is properly closed at the end of each day.
  • Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager on company-wide events and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Office management experience.
  • Accounts receivable experience is desirable.
  • Able to prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fast learner with initiative and proactive problem-solving.
  • Event planning and multitasking abilities; strong stakeholder management.
  • Strong research skills and a solution-focused mindset.
