Client Service Director Job

A high-profile position has arisen for a Client Service Director to work in Sydney, fostering connections and collaborations with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote a cohesive culture among departments within the organisation and between Group Companies.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the Group Leadership Team.
  • Advocate S&E's specialist capabilities within the Group, identifying opportunities to unlock improved integration and organic growth.
  • Establish strong rapport with key client decision makers to enhance perception and reputation of S&E and deliver on strategic objectives.

This influential and hands-on role requires discipline-neutral expertise to understand context and needs of both clients and teams. The ideal candidate will navigate agency processes and complex organisations, playing an integral part in day-to-day management of projects and workstreams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a collaborative culture, developing effective working relationships, and advocating specialist capabilities within the Group. They will also establish strong rapport with key client decision makers to enhance perception and reputation of S&E.
