
Hearing Health Professional

Join a dynamic and supportive team as a dedicated customer service professional in our hearing clinic.
You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele, helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
This is a permanent full-time position with a fixed roster between Monday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. We're seeking someone who is eager to grow with us and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
- Providing administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
- Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing clients correctly and taking payments
- Learning and competently using various software and applications
Requirements:
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and clients
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
