Protech Group is seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to work on a local project in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing site-specific WH&S procedures, conducting safety assessments, and collaborating with site personnel to achieve WH&S goals.

About the Role:

  • Immediate start available
  • Casual, ongoing position with full-time hours
  • Night shifts required
  • Penalties and allowances paid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of site-specific WH&S procedures to ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Conduct safety assessments, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to enhance work procedures and safety practices
  • Collaborate with site personnel to motivate and engage them in achieving WH&S goals, fostering a safety-conscious culture
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Safety Supervision
  • Construction white card
  • Driver's license and reliable transport
  • Demonstrated experience as a Safety Advisor or in a similar safety-related role, particularly in civil construction
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders, site personnel, and clients
  • Strong analytical skills to assess safety procedures and recommend improvements
