Hotel Team Leader Job

The Hotel Team Leader will play a key leadership role in the sales team, focusing on training and developing team members to meet performance targets.

This is a day-to-day operations role at the front desk, including greeting and registering guests, managing bookings, and providing information about local attractions.

The successful candidate will draw on their experience in driving sales results, using coaching and leadership skills to elevate team performance.

Field marketing experience and a customer-centric approach are essential for delivering a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team to achieve performance targets
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for team members
  • Manage day-to-day operations at the front desk, including registrations and bookings
  • Provide information and support to guests regarding local attractions
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Proven ability to drive sales results in a GEH or similar sales-focused role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to success
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
