Job Description

The Guest Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This physically demanding position requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meticulously cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Demonstrating attention to detail by arranging and replenishing guest room amenities, such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
  • Maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere by ensuring rooms are inviting, well-stocked, and meet the expectations of discerning guests.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests and team members alike.

To be successful, the candidate will have previous experience in hotel cleaning or heavy manual labour, flexibility with weekends essential, and a positive and professional attitude. The role is pivotal in shaping the success of our hotels.
