We are seeking a diligent and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales support function, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers;
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked and accurately interpreted;
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and automate mundane processes;
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive approach to customer needs and requirements;
  • Collaborating with logistics companies to arrange product delivery as needed;
  • Supporting customers with transportation or delivery issues;
  • Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system;
  • Processing warranty claims and other customer satisfaction-related tasks;
  • Sending product samples to customers as part of daily operations;
  • Assisting with business opening and closing procedures when necessary.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A strong blend of customer service skills coupled with attention to detail;
  • Experience in manufacturing, building, or sales environments;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
