Key Account Liaison Role

We are seeking a diligent and commercially savvy Key Account Liaison to collaborate with our Wholesale Customer Engagement team based in Melbourne.

The role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of customers regarding order management and inventory supply.

  • Working closely with the Supply Chain team to facilitate seamless sales order processing into the ERP system for the relevant warehouse and customer.
  • Monitoring stock levels for key SKUs to ensure fair and equitable supply to customers.
  • Managing inventory allocation to sales orders and ensuring timely presentation to warehouses.

Key requirements include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Possessing strong computer and data-entry skills (Excel).
  • Being commercially astute with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
