We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead due diligence engagements for private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. Your expertise in analyzing financial and operational results will drive business growth and success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex due diligence projects from start to finish
  • Analyzing financial records and conducting interviews with management to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Preparing and evaluating pro forma financial information to inform investment decisions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics
  • At least 10 years of experience in transaction diligence, M&A transactions, external audit, or restructuring
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
