Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Enhanced Customer Due Diligence Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough KYC checks on new and existing customers to ensure all policies and regulations are met.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to senior leaders for timely action.
  • Collect and query customer information via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective Customer Due Diligence processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory, procedural, and policy changes within the industry.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience in AML/KYC/CDD/ECDD in a financial institution setting.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to draw sound conclusions using a risk-based approach.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of and experience working with regulatory or risk frameworks and AML/CTF risk management is desirable.
