Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support for our cloud services. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues reported by customers, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer reports of technical issues related to cloud services.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems using various tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate with customers to provide clear and concise updates on issue resolution status.
  • Participate in regular weekend working rotations to ensure seamless support coverage.

Requirements

  • Professional written and spoken English skills with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or alternative path with compelling narrative.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding results and exceeding expectations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems, including virtualization, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
  • Cloud computing expertise in provisioning, monitoring, and orchestration.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, including navigating stack traces and logs, advising on next steps, and solid understanding of OS and application-level bugs.
  • Programming fundamentals in any language.
  • Extensive customer support experience with strong communication and empathy skills.
