Cloud-Based Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves working closely with software engineers to integrate infrastructure and software.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for applying software engineering and SRE principles while leveraging infrastructure automation tools to design, develop, and operate complex infrastructure. You will work on scalable web architectures and cloud technologies, and have the opportunity to code in multiple programming languages, primarily Golang, Python, Ruby, and PHP.
Key Responsibilities- A software engineer with a passion for operations or an operations engineer looking to collaborate with software engineers.
- Apply software engineering and SRE principles to build, maintain, monitor, and operate complex infrastructure using automation tools.
- Assist in defining project scopes and drive issues to completion, allocating resources in high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance knowledge and understanding of technologies used in the platform.
- Take initiative to improve existing systems and code beyond task scope.
- Provide support to the Engineering and Customer Support teams, diagnose and resolve issues on the platform, and participate in on-call rotations.
