Job Role Overview

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Analyze and resolve equipment failures, providing recommendations for preventive maintenance
  • Coach and mentor teams in reliability best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to safety planning and participate in regular toolbox meetings to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
