Mobile Maintenance Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to drive reliability, reduce costs and shape the future of mobile maintenance.
The ideal candidate will improve asset reliability and develop long term maintenance plans. They will continuously improve maintenance strategies by identifying issues, implementing solutions and supporting capital planning.
This role involves improving asset reliability using tools like RCM, FMEA and root cause analysis. It also requires developing and maintaining long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goals.
The successful candidate will lead or support investigations into equipment failures and coach and mentor teams in reliability practices. They will contribute to safety planning and participate in toolbox meetings. Additionally, they will support budgeting and capital planning for mobile assets.
The successful candidate must have an engineering qualification or relevant trade background and experience in maintenance planning, supervision or reliability engineering. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMS is desirable. Industry experience is a plus.
