Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Mooloolah Valley QLD, Australia.

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a key role in our expansion into new crop markets by building and maintaining strong customer relationships and introducing growers to our cutting-edge pollination services and award-winning Pollination Insight Platform, with a focus on macadamia and avocado.

Responsibilities:

">
  1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in assigned territory and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
  2. Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer value and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  3. Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiations to secure renewals and grow existing accounts.
  4. Assess customers' needs, solve technical issues, drive product adoption and usage, and monitor account health to identify expansion opportunities.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to gather and communicate customer feedback and drive internal improvements.
  6. Act as the voice of the customer internally to create customer success stories and case studies that showcase our company's capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least a Bachelor degree and possess 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the agri-tech or technology industry.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Showcase problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle customer issues and escalations effectively.
  • Be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have familiarity with agricultural practices and technologies is highly desirable.
  • Established relationships within the Avocado and Macadamia industry beneficial.
