Role Overview:
">- We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Mooloolah Valley QLD, Australia.
As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a key role in our expansion into new crop markets by building and maintaining strong customer relationships and introducing growers to our cutting-edge pollination services and award-winning Pollination Insight Platform, with a focus on macadamia and avocado.
">Responsibilities:
">- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in assigned territory and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer value and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiations to secure renewals and grow existing accounts.
- Assess customers' needs, solve technical issues, drive product adoption and usage, and monitor account health to identify expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to gather and communicate customer feedback and drive internal improvements.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to create customer success stories and case studies that showcase our company's capabilities.
Requirements:
">- Hold at least a Bachelor degree and possess 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the agri-tech or technology industry.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Showcase problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle customer issues and escalations effectively.
- Be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have familiarity with agricultural practices and technologies is highly desirable.
- Established relationships within the Avocado and Macadamia industry beneficial.
