
Professional Training Coordinator

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Training and Compliance Coordinator. This role involves overseeing, supporting, and coordinating training programs across various locations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversight and coordination of training programs, including initial onboarding, refresher training, and new product launches.
- Supporting the preparation, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of training programs for employees.
- End-to-end support and supervision of new starters in completing mandatory courses according to their training plans and schedules.
- Delivery of courses in accordance with training packages and ensuring compliance with operations training requirements.
- Accountability for coordinating and escalating all operations training compliance.
**Administration:*
- Maintaining accurate employee training records, inclusive of required reporting metrics.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the Training department and wider organization.
- Maintaining oversight of internal and external training systems to ensure compliance.
**Compliance:*
- Participating and contributing in internal and external audits relevant to training and compliance.
- Undertaking weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly compliance assessments relevant to Training.
- Reporting on Training Compliance via applicable systems on a periodic basis dependant on business requirements.
**Requirements:
- Qualifications: End User qualifications for all operations undertaken in port. Certificate in Training and Assessment or equivalent Industry experience is desirable.
- Operational functions and requirements relevant to the port. Thorough understanding and experience in the aviation industry.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
