
Drive Business Outcomes as a Client Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive business outcomes for our clients post-purchase. You will lead the value realization process, ensuring trust in our ability to deliver impactful results.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop project scoping templates using artificial intelligence.
- Create documentation to support resource allocation decisions.
- Design training materials for sales teams on customer value propositions.
- Enhance scope accuracy by leveraging AI data insights.
- Collaborate with presales, experts, and AI tools to reduce dependency on delivery resources.
- Own implementation plans for internal services and co-delivery scopes.
- Coordinate with Partner Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain scoping SLAs, attach rates, and PS & Premium Support bookings targets.
- Proven track record of services sales in SaaS.
- Experience in delivery and working with partners.
- Strong discovery, scoping, contracting, and negotiation skills.
- Leveraging AI within a sales or services context.
- Influencing without authority and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Program management and PSA experience.
- Background in software sales.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
