Strategic Business Outcomes Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive customer success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the factors involved when organizations define and implement their security strategies.
The Customer Success Manager will collaborate closely with assigned customers to comprehend their business goals, cybersecurity strategy, and risk posture. They will devise a value realization plan that will help customers navigate their adoption and operationalization journey with our platform.
The manager will also work across our organization to advocate for customers, ensuring a joined-up experience across all aspects of the customer relationship.
Responsibilities include developing and executing value realization plans, driving adoption through alignment of product capabilities to customer desired outcomes, and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
