Experience the thrill of driving business outcomes through strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking a talented Communications and Stakeholder Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Victorian Health Building Authority is responsible for delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria, including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care, and mental health facilities.
As a Communications and Stakeholder Manager, you will work on building strong relationships with organisational and contracted stakeholders, health agencies, and community interests on the Parkville Precinct Redevelopment project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and drive project success
- Creating project plans with clearly defined objectives to meet project expectations and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Identifying and managing project-related risks and issues, providing authoritative advice on how to mitigate them
- Providing exceptional client services capabilities to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Leading the planning and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities, including information sessions, surveys, and workshops
