\Job Description:
\The Senior Health Benefits Manager will be responsible for expanding our health and benefits presence in the Perth market. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of the Western Australian (WA) health and benefits market.
\Responsibilities:
\- Develop and execute a sales plan for health and benefits in WA that meets new business targets.
- Provide service and support to existing health and benefits clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop internal relationships with General Insurance Brokers in the WA office to integrate health and benefits solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- Industry-related qualifications and a relevant business degree are desirable.
- Proficient in sales, driving sales initiatives, and identifying and closing out opportunities.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work as the sole H&B consultant in the state.
- Knowledge of a successful sales process is critical, as well as Group Risk and Group Medical experience.
- Proven sales and service experience in the H&B or related market.
