Aged Care Scheduling Opportunities

We are seeking experienced schedulers to join our organization, with two rewarding opportunities available.

As an In-Home Services Scheduler, you will coordinate care for clients in their homes, working on a rotating roster. Alternatively, as a Residential Scheduling Coordinator, you will focus on ensuring our residential clients receive timely and efficient support.

Both roles involve working closely with our Care Partners and Managers to ensure our clients receive the best possible care. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, monitoring, and maintaining client rosters with precision.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client care records.
  • Collaborating with our care staff to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, their families, and carers.
  • Generating reports and ensuring rosters adhere to industry award guidelines.
