Join us to become a Disability Support Worker with Anglicare WA.

This is a casual position, approximately 20 hours available per week. We are seeking experienced workers who can provide exceptional care across multiple clients in the Albany region.

  • We require support for daily living tasks such as shopping, employment, cooking, and personal care.
  • Clients also need assistance accessing their local community, participating in recreational activities, and developing independent living skills.
About the Role

We believe in person-centered practice and want passionate individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A certificate III in Community Services (Disabilities) or equivalent experience.
  • The ability to physically care for high needs individuals.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Demonstrated a contemporary understanding and attitude towards working with people with a disability.
  • The ability and willingness to use own electronic devices for work purposes.
  • The ability and willingness to work nights and weekends.

In exchange for your skills and experience, you will receive:

  • $43.24 per hour (includes casual loading)
  • 12% Superannuation
