Front Desk Coordinator Role

We are seeking an organised and efficient individual to deliver a high-quality reception service in our team. This vital position plays a key part in supporting a psychologically safe and welcoming environment, which helps to uphold the rights and responsibilities of all clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering visiting specialists and clinics. They will also ensure clinic rooms and reception areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including phone and front-desk enquiries.
  • Support the coordination and administration of visiting specialists and clinics.
  • Assist with bookings and maintenance of meeting rooms, clinic spaces, and organisational vehicles.
  • Ensure clinic rooms and reception areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
  • Organise meeting room setup and assist with catering requirements.
  • Manage outgoing mail and general office duties.
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in administration or reception is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work in a professional, friendly, and culturally sensitive manner.

This role contributes to the broader administrative functions of the organisation by providing efficient, accurate, and timely support for program delivery and operational needs.
