About the Opportunities
  • As an In-Home Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to clients in their homes. This dynamic full-time position involves coordinating schedules and working closely with care staff to meet client needs.
  • As a Residential Scheduling Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with our care team to provide timely and efficient support to clients residing in residential settings. This part-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Key responsibilities for both roles include:

  • Coordinating client rosters with precision and accuracy.
  • Managing and maintaining up-to-date client care records.
  • Collaborating with care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and carers.
  • Generating reports and ensuring rosters align with industry guidelines.
