Job Title: Assistant House Coordinator

This role is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of residential facilities and providing administrative assistance for daily activities.

The successful candidate will be required to coordinate house activities and events, manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.

Additionally, they will support with recruitment, training, and supervision of housekeeping and support staff, facilitate effective communication between residents, staff, and external service providers, and contribute to policy development and implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.

They will also have knowledge of health and safety regulations in a residential setting, the ability to work effectively within a team and independently, and demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

A compassionate and empathetic approach towards supporting individuals with disabilities is essential.
