Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Residential Care Attendant. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents of our Residential Care Home in Ceduna.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care including hygiene, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Support safe transfer, lifting, and use of mechanical aids to maintain resident comfort.
  • Maintain cleanliness of resident environments, equipment, and personal belongings.
  • Provide assistance with medication, routine treatments, and transportation as required.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Communicate with empathy and respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages eg Microsoft Word, Excel.
