Job Description:

As a dedicated Property Manager Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our award-winning Property Management team. Your tasks will include preparing and processing Residential Tenancy lease documents, liaising with other Real Estate agencies during handover and/or collection of managements, and assisting in the tenant vacate process.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and processing Residential Tenancy lease documents – lease renewals and new tenancies.
  • Liaising with other Real Estate agencies during handover and/or collection of managements.
  • Assisting in the tenant vacate process – liaising with outside organisations as required.
  • Communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors as directed.
  • Preparing and processing Management Authority renewals.
  • Completing general ad hoc Property Management tasks when system audits are required.
  • Providing relief front desk and phone coverage for the reception team if needed.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Docusign, Microsoft, and Reapit software for Property Management purposes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, even in a busy office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time management skills are essential.
  • A high level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work within current systems and procedures while contributing to improve and/or refine processes.
  • A desire to grow within the company for the long term.
