**About the role**:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Line A (37.5 hours)**
**Week 1**:
Thursday 3pm - 9pm (6 hours)
Saturday 7am - 3pm (8 hours)
Sunday 5pm - 10pm (5 hours) and Sleepover
Monday 6:30am - 9am (2.5 hours)

**Week 2**:
Friday 3pm - 9pm (6 hours)
Saturday 5pm - 10pm (5 hours) and Sleepover
Sunday 6:30am - 9am (2.5 hours)
Monday 7am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)

**Line B (35.50 hours)**
**Week 1**:
Saturday 5pm - 10pm (5 hours) and Sleepover
Sunday 6:30am - 9amm (2.5 hours)
Monday 7am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)

**Week 2**:
Thursday 7am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)
Sunday 9am - 1pm (4 hours)
Monday 3pm - 10pm (7 hours) and Sleepover
Tuesday 6:30am - 9am & 3pm - 10pm (9.5 hours) and Sleepover
Wednesday 6:30am - 9am (2.5 hours)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
