Learning and Development Professional

As a Learning and Development Professional, you will play a key role in driving organizational success by designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that foster skill development and drive performance.

This role requires a strong capability to create online learning materials, enhance the employee experience, and enable our restaurant teams to execute our vision effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Content Creation: Design and develop high-quality learning content, including videos, resources, and tools that resonate with our workforce and are tech-enabled.
  • Review and measure training programs, and collaborate with the Head of Capability to drive skills growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant technology, best practices, and emerging design elements to continuously improve content.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Assist with new program market launch strategies.
  • Learning Management System Administration: Oversee platform UX reviews and updates, including planned system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Establish reporting cadence and act as the key point of contact for the platform provider.
  • Contribute to platform improvements with the provider and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support: Develop effective communications that support learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve learning solutions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to continually enhance learning programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning content design, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong capability using authoring software, learning tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Experience with learning platforms is desirable.
  • Creative thinking and innovation.
  • Strong communication and influence skills.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
  • Ownership, accountability, and integrity.
  • Customer-focused with a growth mindset and commitment to excellence.
