Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and skilled Head Chef to take charge of our busy kitchen, overseeing the production of exquisite dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality control. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 10+ chefs to deliver flawless service and exceeding customer expectations;
  • Developing and executing innovative menus that showcase our commitment to local produce and expert culinary techniques;
  • Maintaining strict inventory management and minimizing waste to optimize profitability;
  • Collaborating with our events team to create bespoke dining experiences that exceed client expectations;
Requirements

To succeed in this demanding yet rewarding role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or equivalent position in a high-volume restaurant environment;
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing kitchen operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory control;
  • An unwavering passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless execution;
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels;
  • A strong understanding of WH&S protocols and HACCP principles.
