Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Your Role:

As an Educator, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement engaging and effective learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that every child feels valued, supported, and included in their learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the National Quality Standards
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and observations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement group activities and events

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
