Early Childhood Education Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
