We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Robina - Goldwater Avenue. As a Senior Educator, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Educators and deliver exceptional educational programs for our children.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices
- Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in your care
- Work closely with the Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check (QLD)
