**Job Description**

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need a Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent, strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card.
