About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our Centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. Your expertise and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards will be invaluable in shaping our curriculum and pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging early learning programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance the Centre's learning programs
- Contribute to a culture of safety and inclusivity that ensures every child feels valued and respected
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
