Senior Educator Role Overview
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will have the opportunity to take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated Educators. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure the Centre's commitment to safety and inclusivity is upheld

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
