About Us
We are a commercial landscaping company dedicated to delivering exceptional client relations and environmentally responsible practices on our projects. Our work includes sports ovals, planned community developments, council projects, schools, and colleges in QLD, as well as parks and open spaces.
As part of our expanding team, we are seeking an experienced HR Officer/Manager to oversee recruitment, ensure high-performing personnel are onboarded and retained, and maintain fair work and policy adherence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality while supporting a relaxed and efficient workplace culture.
The Role
This full-time position offers a good balance between work and personal life, promoting a fantastic culture and strong values. The core responsibilities involve employee onboarding, retention, and development, encompassing workforce strategy and policy, workplace and employee relations, performance management, and more.
Key tasks include creating, delivering, and organizing programs to enhance employee skills and support their growth, ensuring effective early intervention and employee support, maintaining health and safety standards, managing recruitment and capability development, and fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization.
