HR Generalist

We are seeking an autonomous, self-motivated HR professional to join our global organisation and make connections to the local community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive leadership development among senior and front-line leaders to deliver effective solutions for the future.
    • Implement initiatives to improve employee retention and development through both local and national programs.
    • Provide hands-on, interactive HR/IR services to all operational employees.
    • Coach line managers in relation to performance management issues and development plans.
    • Manage and coordinate all recruitment processes with central support from CoE.
    • Build and maintain relationships with unions and external parties to ensure a smooth site operation.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage and align employees with organisational goals.
