Job Title: People And Culture Support Officer
About the Role:- This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional employee experiences and ensuring HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
- You will be the first point of contact for people and culture-related enquiries, responding to routine queries and referring matters to the relevant team members.
- Liaise with managers to coordinate recruitment activities, including drafting and posting job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
- Maintain accurate employee records, adhering to legislative and organisational requirements.
- Input and update employee data in our HR system, ensuring integrity and compliance.
- Perform and monitor compliance checks, including NDIS-endorsed Working with Vulnerable People registrations.
- Organise and support meetings, training sessions, and events as required.
- Cert IV / Diploma of Human Resources Management or other relevant qualification/experience (or working towards completion).
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Current driver's license.
- NDIS Endorsed WWVP Registration.
