Job Title: People And Culture Support Officer

About the Role:
  • This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional employee experiences and ensuring HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
  • You will be the first point of contact for people and culture-related enquiries, responding to routine queries and referring matters to the relevant team members.
  • Liaise with managers to coordinate recruitment activities, including drafting and posting job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, adhering to legislative and organisational requirements.
  • Input and update employee data in our HR system, ensuring integrity and compliance.
  • Perform and monitor compliance checks, including NDIS-endorsed Working with Vulnerable People registrations.
  • Organise and support meetings, training sessions, and events as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert IV / Diploma of Human Resources Management or other relevant qualification/experience (or working towards completion).
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Current driver's license.
  • NDIS Endorsed WWVP Registration.
