About the Opportunity

This full-time Receptionist position offers a chance to join our team and play a key role in delivering top-tier patient care.

The successful candidate will manage complex patient bookings, handle inquiries from stakeholders, and communicate with medical professionals. They will also be responsible for registration, scheduling, and addressing queries.

This role requires flexibility to work across both call centre and reception shifts, providing an opportunity to develop skills in multiple areas.

We are seeking a friendly and organised individual who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a patient-first attitude, and strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, but not required. Customer service experience is a must.
