About the Role

  • Provide professional customer service and health advice.
  • Assist customers with healthcare and product inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, and operate the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Accept prescriptions and assist in the dispensary (training provided).
  • Manage inventory, stock shelves, and merchandise displays.
  • Assist in preparing dose administration aids (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean and presentable store environment at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting (preferred but not essential).
  • A willingness to undergo training and obtain certifications as required.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends.
  • A police clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
