**Your Opportunity

This role involves creating memorable experiences for our customers. To be successful, you'll need a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone while multi-tasking with computer systems.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry tasks using Microsoft applications
  • SUPPORTING AND LIAISING WITH CLINICAL STAFF OVER THE PHONE
  • Providing advice and information on Amplar Home Health programs
  • Initiating outbound calls welcoming customers into our programs

This opportunity offers true flexibility, working from a central office or remotely on set days. Our contact centre operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

**What We're Looking For:

  • Experience providing excellent customer service and a passion to help others
  • Previous customer service experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
