Drive Sales Success through Data-Driven Insights

In this key role, you will be responsible for maximising the performance of our sales team through process improvements and optimisation of tools and systems.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Lead CRM development and ongoing enhancements, supporting data integrity and usability.
  • Create and manage sales dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed improvements across the sales process.
  • Support change management and training initiatives to uplift capability and engagement.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a blend of commercial understanding, technical capability and experience working with or within FMCG sales teams. You'll also be comfortable influencing across departments to drive adoption of change.

You'll also bring:

  • Proven experience managing or administering CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical capability and experience working with tools like Tableau.
  • The ability to translate data into insights and present across all business levels.
  • Experience working in FMCG or food service sales environments.
  • A passion for driving process improvement and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
