Operational Excellence Manager
Drive operational excellence and support the delivery of system enhancements, process improvements, and sales optimisation initiatives.
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence in a dynamic team environment. This includes supporting the delivery of system enhancements, process improvements, and sales optimisation initiatives.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute test cycles, troubleshooting high-impact issues, and supporting weekend deployment testing.
System Testing & Defect Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute test cycles, troubleshoot high-impact issues, and support weekend deployment testing.
Sales Process Optimisation: Review business specifications, streamline sales workflows, drive automation, and align processes with sales and functional teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with sales, finance, and product teams to gather requirements, align testing, and communicate outcomes and change impacts.
Governance & System Roadmap Delivery: Manage backlog priorities, support roadmap delivery, run UAT cycles, and drive operational sign-off for Salesforce and Imagine Landmark.
Reporting & Insights: Track system performance, monitor enhancements and defect fixes, share insights with sales operations leadership, and flag upcoming releases/issues.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments, manage competing priorities, and build trust through transparent communication.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, consistency, and stakeholder engagement.
A mindset of continuous improvement, a passion for operational excellence, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
Commitment to innovation and collaborative problem-solving within the operations team.
