About the Role

We are seeking an Optimisation Expert to join our team and drive asset performance across multiple assets. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in optimisation and analytics to deliver business value and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve asset utilisation and reduce waste.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Drive cultural leadership and educate staff on best practices for asset management.
  • Contribute to the development of a robust Asset Management System by providing technical recommendations as an SME.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in optimisation and analytics, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management and assurance activities.
