CRO Manager/UX: Optimisation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager/UX/UI Specialist to drive conversion rate optimisation across Asia Pacific & Canada sites. As a hands-on, tech-savvy individual, you will be responsible for driving strategies and tactics to improve conversion rates.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience and funnel efficiency across products and core digital channels.
  • Build infrastructure and processes to drive CRO, including managing backlogs and executing tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and best practice guides.
  • Create and maintain a flexible Conversion Rate Optimisation Roadmap that covers user experience and funnels.
  • Support key strategic initiatives and growth strategies, including website refresh and performance analysis.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar CRO role with expertise in multiple MVT, A/B, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex information effectively throughout all levels of an organisation.
  • Technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to act on own initiative.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for deliverables with a passion for continuous improvement.
