Change Specialist

As a senior mental health professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of mental health services.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will lead and manage staff to ensure they have the skills and support needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
With a strong focus on collaboration and inclusivity, you will ensure that all stakeholders feel valued and supported throughout the process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading specialist clinical interventions, supporting staff to work within an inclusive model, and embedding lived experience across models of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a key member of our growing speciality mental health and well-being teams
- Deliver specialist, evidence-based clinical interventions by utilising extensive clinical mental health experience
- Support staff to work within an inclusive, participant-led model centred around the needs and choices of participants
- Lead, manage, and motivate staff; embed lived experience across models of care; demonstrate understanding of Peer Work Models
- Lead and sustain system change within the service
