We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead our Mental Health & Wellbeing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a key member of our mental health and wellbeing teams, utilising your extensive experience in the field.
- Deliver clinical interventions and support staff to work within an inclusive model centred around participant needs and choices.
- Lead, manage and motivate staff, embed lived experience across models of care, demonstrate understanding of Peer Work Models.
- Develop and implement system change within the service.
- Relevant professional registration and 3+ years senior leadership experience in mental health.
- Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate staff.
