Job Title

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to support the functions of the Mobility advisers.

  • Provides administrative support in international and domestic mobility related matters.
  • Processes mobility initiations (new assignments, extensions, demobilisations).
  • Prepares international and domestic assignment agreements.
  • Assists with preparing assignment cost estimates.
  • Maintains reports and visa tracking systems incorporating continued improvement.
  • Assists with performing reviews of high-risk immigration and tax assessments, liaising with finance/tax teams.
  • Manages a central mailbox and responds timely and accurately to enquiries.
  • Maintains constant communication with assignees to ensure the assignment is progressing to plan and obtain feedback.
  • Participates in global mobility networking events both internal and external.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Typically 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in mobility and/or human resources/administrative functions.
  • Demonstrates understanding of global mobility/HR policies and processes.
  • Proven strong customer focus with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships through continual communication and management of expectations.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good level of numeracy and data skills.
  • Good skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Results-focused with good problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to influence and effectively engage with a range of critical and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in building internal networks with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills with an 'eye for detail'.
