As a leading international retailer, ALDI provides employees the opportunity to work abroad. To support global mobility activity, the National Payroll team are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to coordinate the end-to end process for employees who are undertaking international assignments, both inbound and outbound.

**What does the role look like?**
- Day-to-day execution of the mobility program, including queries from assignees and business stakeholders at all levels
- Liaising with external providers to provide accurate advice regarding employee remuneration and benefits, tax, and visa requirements for both inbound and outbound employees
- Coordinating expatriate salary reviews and remuneration adjustments based on changes in circumstance
- Calculating assignment salary packages in line with policy
- Liaising with local payroll and HR teams to ensure the execution of employment contracts and compensation packages
- Liaising with overseas ALDI mobility teams to ensure assignments align in both home and host countries
- Daily administration of mobility related tasks including the maintenance of employee personnel files, processing invoices, record keeping and managing the global mobility inbox
- Maintaining process and policy documentation
- Processing the monthly payroll for inbound employees
- Producing monthly and quarterly reporting
- Ensuring compliance with the assignment tax policy including arranging payments to relevant parties

**Qualifications**:

- What are we looking for?_
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, including remuneration, tax, immigration, and relocation vendors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholder levels
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Employment Tax Law knowledge (desirable not required)

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of $110,800 to $132,200 including Superannuation
